We’ve just helped two of our recruitment clients implement an email Archiving solution.

For years the businesses had email servers which grew out of control with PST Outlook archives being saved on the network. Having email in multiple places and growing in this way made it very difficult for the businesses to find emails across the company. Millions of historic emails from both businesses have now been successfully migrated into the Mimecast Cloud service, which can be accessed quickly via the Outlook plugin or via the web portal. Not only does this solution address the email archiving requirement but it also provides ongoing email security (anti-virus and anti-spam) for all emails entering and leaving the organisations.
